These terms explain how orders, custom requests and payments are handled by Shine Without Limits.

Not therapy or official PECS training
Our products are not speech therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, behaviour plans or official PECS training. We are not affiliated with Pyramid Educational Consultants or the official PECS® programme.
Ordering
Orders are currently handled by email. We confirm the product details, quantity, price, postage, estimated timescale and payment options before making anything.
Pricing
Standard ready-made visual cards are £2.00 each. Personalised word or symbol cards start from £2.50 each. Fully custom visual cards start from £3.00 each. Bundle prices start from £8.99. Prices may change as materials, options and postage costs change.
Payment
Payment is made after order details and the final total are confirmed. We can send a secure Stripe card payment link or invoice once your final total is confirmed. Orders are not started until the customer has agreed the final details and payment arrangement.
Custom orders
Custom products are made around the details you provide. Please check spelling, wording, colours and quantities carefully before confirming. Because custom orders are made specifically for you, they may not be eligible for return unless faulty or not as agreed.
Product appearance
3D printed items may have small layer lines, slight texture differences or minor colour variation. This is normal for 3D printed products and does not usually affect use.
Safety
Please read our Safety Information before ordering. Our visual cards are not toys, teethers or chew products.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the business, products and ordering process develop.
