Delivery & Returns

Postage

Standard UK postage is currently £3.99 per order unless a different postage option is needed. Any change to postage will be confirmed before payment.

Making and dispatch times

Ready-made bundles usually dispatch within 3–5 working days. Custom cards usually take 5–10 working days after wording and design details are confirmed. If you need an order for a specific date, please mention this before ordering.

Order confirmation

Before anything is made, we confirm the product, quantity, custom wording, price, postage, payment options and estimated timescale by email.

Payment

Payment is made after your order details and final total are confirmed. We can send a secure Stripe card payment link or invoice once your final total is confirmed. Custom orders are started once payment and final details are confirmed.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the issue so we can help.

Returns

Ready-made items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged and in their original condition. Custom or personalised items are made specifically for your order and cannot usually be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as agreed.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please contact us quickly. Once a custom order has started printing or making, cancellation may not always be possible.
