• Your delivery address, where needed for posting an order
• Details of the products or custom visual cards you request
• Payment confirmation information from Stripe
• Any information you choose to send us as part of a custom order enquiry

We use your information to:

• Reply to your enquiry
• Confirm product details, prices, postage and timescales
• Create and complete your order
• Send secure payment links or invoices through Stripe
• Post your order to you
• Keep basic order records for customer service and tax/accounting purposes

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe may process your payment information in line with their own privacy and security policies.

We will never ask you to send card details by email or message.

Delivery details

If you place an order, we will use your delivery address only to send your order and deal with any delivery questions. Please make sure your delivery details are correct before payment is made.

Custom order information

If you request custom visual cards, please only send details that are needed for the design. We recommend keeping custom wording clear, simple and limited to what is needed for the card.

We do not need sensitive medical information to make visual communication cards. If you choose to share extra information, we will only use it to understand and complete your order enquiry.

Website analytics and cookies

We may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed and how people find the site. This helps us improve the website and our products.

Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies. You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings.

How long we keep information

We keep order and payment records for as long as needed for customer service, tax/accounting and legal reasons. General email enquiries that do not become orders may be deleted when they are no longer needed.

• Postal or courier services, for delivery
• Website/analytics providers, where used to run and improve the site
