Ordering, Payment & Safety

How ordering works

Orders are currently handled by email so every product and custom request can be checked properly before payment. This is especially useful for custom visual communication cards, coming soon routine boards and personalised support bundles.

• Choose a product, build a visual card set or send a custom request.
• Email your order details or use one of the website enquiry buttons.
• We confirm the details, final price, postage and timescale.
• Payment details are sent after everything is agreed.

Visual card pricing

Standard ready-made visual cards are £2.00 each. Personalised word or symbol cards start from £2.50 each, and fully custom visual cards start from £3.00 each. Bundle prices are listed below and final details are confirmed by email before anything is made.

Stripe payment

Payments are taken securely through Stripe after your order details, price, postage and timescale have been confirmed. Please do not send payment until your order has been checked and agreed.

Delivery

Delivery times can vary depending on the product, quantity and whether the order is custom-made. A timescale will be confirmed before payment.

• Postage cost confirmed before payment.
• Custom orders may take longer than ready-made items.
• Delivery details should be checked carefully before the order is made.

Returns & custom items

If there is a problem with your order, please get in touch so it can be looked into. Custom-made items are created to your requested details, so returns may be limited unless there is a fault.

• Ready-made items may be returnable if unused and in suitable condition.
• Custom-made or personalised items may not be returnable unless faulty.
• Any issue should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
• Please keep photos of any damage or issue so it can be checked properly.

Product safety

Some sensory items, bag tags, keyrings and small products may contain small parts or be unsuitable for unsupervised use.

• Adult supervision is recommended where appropriate.
• Products are not intended to be chewed unless clearly stated.
• Check items regularly and stop use if damaged.
• Small parts may not be suitable for children under 3 years old.
• Colours and finish may vary slightly on handmade or 3D printed items.

Custom visual communication cards

Custom visual communication cards can be made for routines, emotions, places, food choices, school needs, days out, toilet training and family-specific communication.

• Choose from ready-made options.
• Add your own words, symbols or ideas.
• Build your own set using the visual card builder.
• Ask by email if you need a card that is not listed.

Before you pay

Please wait for confirmation before making any payment. This helps make sure the correct products, postage and custom details are agreed first.

• Order checked by email first.
• Final total confirmed before payment.
• Secure Stripe payment link or invoice supplied for easy payment.
• No order is started until the details are confirmed.
